On completing this module you'll have a deep understanding of the different lender types, the requirements for each, how and where to requests payouts, and preparation and requirements for discharges.
Module 3: PREPARATION
Documents | Preparation | Return
On completing this module you'll know which documents are required, how to prepare the vendor package for signature, and how to ensure an accurate return of signed documents to the buyer's representative.
Module 4: COMPLETION
Completion Package | Paying Out | Reporting
On completing this module you will understand how to prepare the final document package for completion, how to account for and disburse sale proceeds, and how to report to the necessary parties.
Module 5: POST-COMPLETION
