Our Story

Convey BC was created to make conveyancing simpler, clearer, and more practical for law firms and aspiring conveyancers across British Columbia.

With years of experience supporting firms across British Columbia, we've created systems, procedures, and online courses that enhance efficiency, reduce room for error, and increase client satisfaction.

Over the years, we have seen the same struggle repeat itself: new conveyancers and legal professionals facing a steep learning curve, while busy lawyers and notaries struggled to find time for proper onboarding and training.

Now, we're bridging that gap with BC-specific, practical, and self-paced courses designed to work alongside real-world file preparation. Our training includes cheat sheets, checklists, and step-by-step guides that help conveyancers learn independently while still delivering accurate, efficient work.

Cynthia Isabel

Cynthia has been immersed in the world of conveyancing for over a decade, building her career on precision, problem-solving, and a passion for supporting legal professionals. After graduating from Vancouver Island University’s Legal Administrative Assistant program, Cynthia began her career in a busy notary office, where she quickly discovered her knack for handling the complex details of real estate transactions.

Driven by a vision to provide more efficient solutions to the legal industry, she founded Cconvey, an outsourced conveyancing service that now supports law firms and notaries across British Columbia. Under Cynthia’s leadership, Cconvey has grown into a trusted team of skilled conveyancers, helping firms deliver exceptional client service with speed and accuracy.

Today, Cynthia combines her experience, systems-based approach, and dedication to mentorship to empower conveyancers and legal teams to work with confidence, efficiency, and independence.

Office Manager

Laurie Fairbanks

Laurie brings over 40 years of experience in administration, bookkeeping, and conveyancing to her role as Office Manager. She oversees the daily operations of the business, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

From managing bookkeeping and coordinating file openings to handling logistics, Laurie’s expertise keeps our team and clients supported at every step. Her wealth of knowledge and organizational skills make her an integral part of delivering seamless service to the firms we work with.

Adam Rowan

Adam Rowan is the creative mind and technical expert behind the development of the Conveyancing Academy’s extensive library of online courses. With a talent for transforming complex processes into clear, accessible learning experiences, Adam designed and built the Academy’s training platform and course content.

His work ensures students have a seamless, user-friendly experience while gaining practical, real-world conveyancing skills. Adam’s dedication to innovation and learning has been instrumental in bringing the Academy’s vision to life.

With over 20 years of experience in the conveyancing industry, Clara Jensen brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for mentoring to her role at Conveyancing Academy.
