Objective: on completing this course you will have a high-level understanding of a conveyance transaction from start to finish.

2. Foundational Mini-Courses
Objective: gain an in-depth understanding of the following, Title Searches, Legal Descriptions, Tax Certificates, Land Title Forms, Conveyance Instruction Reports, Contracts, Property Disclosure Statements
Course Length: 10-30 minutes each
3. Mastering a Sale Transaction
Objective: on completing this course you will understand how to complete a sale transaction from start to finish.
Course Length: 2-3 hours
4. Progressive Mini-Courses
Objective: gain an in-depth understanding of the following, Truing Up LTSA Documents, Payout Statements, Strata Forms, Insurance Binders, Corporations, Land Owner Transparency
Course Length: 10-30 minutes each
5. Mastering a Purchase Transaction
Objective: on completing this course you will understand how to complete a cash purchase transaction from start to finish.
Course Length: 5-6 hours
6. Mastering a Mortgage Transaction
Objective: on completing this course you will understand how to complete a mortgage transaction from start to finish.
Course Length: 5-6 hours
7. Remaining and Repeat as Necessary
Objective: to complete any remaining courses such as family transfer, manufactured homes, etc., and to repeat any courses as necessary to gain more clarity or enhance your learning.

Objective: to familiarize yourself with the Playbook and utilize it throughout your day-to-day transactions.
